New York, NY – Repairify, Inc. (“Repairify”), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”), announced today the acquisition of One Guard Inspections (“One Guard” or the “Company”). One Guard is a Texas-based vehicle inspection business with a network of thousands of certified inspectors covering the United States and Canada whose clientele is comprised of many of the industry’s top repair and claims decision makers. The Company represents the thirteenth add-on acquisition for Repairify and Kinderhook’s 156^th automotive-related transaction. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2012 by Bryan Bledsoe II, One Guard has enjoyed success by building and offering the most advanced and streamlined vehicle inspection process on the market. One Guard has simplified a process that was often paper-based, laborious, and ripe for a technology-driven solution.
