(SSE) is a full-service, leading independent music company comprised of (i) the Label Group consisting of Artemis Records, a leading, full service independent record label in the United States, and our proprietary music, which consists of internally developed catalogs, catalogs licensed and /or purchased from third parties and a substantial new release business primarily focused on established artists, and (ii) the Musicrama Distribution Group, spearheaded by Musicrama, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of SSE and a leading distributor and importer of music products (e.g., CDs and DVDs) for the past 25 years.
