September 2, 2022
Hudson, WI – All States Ag Parts, LLC (“All States Ag Parts” or “ASAP”), the leading North American supplier of replacement agricultural and construction parts, announced the acquisition of Romac Industrial Parts (“Romac” or the “Company”). Founded in 1992 and based in Woodstock, GA, Romac specializes in replacement ground engaging tools (“GET”) including bucket teeth, blades and rubber tracks utilized on excavators, graders, bulldozers and other heavy construction equipment. The Company’s products are available for nearly all makes and models of heavy construction equipment. Romac is ASAP’s fourteenth add-on acquisition since partnering with Kinderhook.
The acquisition is a logical extension for ASAP’s existing construction parts business and further solidifies its position as a leading replacement parts business diversified across agriculture and industrial markets. Post-close, ASAP will operate 42 locations across North America including salvage yards featuring ag and construction equipment, distribution centers, remanufacturing plants and customer service call centers.
“The acquisition of Romac will further strengthen our ability to serve the construction industry by adding a full suite of ground engaging tools that were not previously carried by ASAP,” said Bill Davidson, President of ASAP.
Dave Rose, Owner of Romac said, “I am excited for Romac to be part of the All States Ag Parts family of companies. We look forward to partnering with ASAP to provide our product catalog to new markets and distribution points throughout the U.S.”
Paul Cifelli, Managing Director at Kinderhook, stated, “Romac is a fantastic acquisition for ASAP and deepens our commitment to being the leading provider of alternative parts to the construction industry.”
