Columbia, SC – Capital Waste Services, LLC (“Capital Waste” or “CWS”), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”), announced the acquisition of Pee Dee Environmental Services, Inc., (“Pee Dee” or the “Company”). Pee Dee is a Class II construction and demolition waste landfill located in Florence, South Carolina. This acquisition represents Capital Waste’s sixth add-on acquisition and Kinderhook’s 58^th environmental / business services transaction since inception.
