Sarasota, FL – EcoSouth Florida, LLC (“EcoSouth Florida”), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”), announced the acquisition of Z’s Disposal, LLC (“Z’s Disposal”). Z’s Disposal is a roll-off waste collection company with a container-to-container transfer station located in Port Charlotte, Florida. This acquisition represents Kinderhook’s 94^th environmental / business services transaction since inception.
