New York, NY – Leonard Group, Inc. (“Leonard” or the “Company”), the leading full-service retailer of truck accessories, trailers, and sheds in the Southeast and a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”), announced today that seasoned retail executive Darrin Clark has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company and former CEO Mike Pack has transitioned to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors.

Before joining Leonard, Mr. Clark served as a Senior Director at Rubbermaid Commercial, a manufacturer of innovative and solution-based products for commercial and institutional markets worldwide. At Rubbermaid, Mr. Clark developed the strategic vision and executed several successful growth initiatives in the Sales Enablement business unit. Prior to Rubbermaid, Mr. Clark held various executive roles at Lowe’s Companies (NYSE: LOW), including Vice President of Services, where he led Lowe’s Installed Operations in the Services business, overseeing approximately 1,500 Lowe’s employees and $5 billion in annual revenue. Mr. Clark contributes a wealth of pertinent expertise to Leonard, encompassing transformational sales strategies, manufacturing excellence, and various other critical business facets.

Leonard’s former CEO since 2019, Mike Pack, has joined the Company’s Board of Directors, where he will continue to play a pivotal role in setting the Company’s strategy and evaluating business opportunities.
