Austin, TX – Life Line Screening (“Life Line” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”), announced today that healthcare executive Matt Miller has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Before joining Life Line, Mr. Miller was most recently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of StudyKIK, a former Kinderhook portfolio company which was sold to Syneos Health (NYSE: SYNH) in September 2021. StudyKIK focused on offering the clinical trial industry the most innovative methods of enrollment and data analytics, lifting the veil over patient recruitment return on investment. During his tenure, Mr. Miller was instrumental in developing a technology platform that improved quality and accelerated enrollment timelines in clinical trials. Prior to StudyKIK, Mr. Miller held leadership roles at WCCT Global, a multi-site full-service global contract research organization, where he was responsible for managing patient recruitment campaigns for clinical trials. Mr. Miller holds a BA from California State University – Fullerton.
