New York, NY – NitroFill, LLC (“NitroFill”), a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC (“Kinderhook”), announced today the acquisition, of Advanced Dealer Solutions, LLC (“ADS”). ADS is a distributor of NitroFill’s nitrogen-based tire inflation solutions to the automotive market.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ADS represents NitroFill’s second add-on acquisition and Kinderhook’s 107^th automotive related transaction.

The transaction bolsters NitroFill’s strategy to expand its direct sales channel. Consistently one of the largest distributors of NitroFill products, ADS brings a strong track record of sales growth and B2B sales experience to the NitroFill organization. The combined operations will continue to be supported by NitroFill’s Deerfield Beach administrative teams and will report into Greg Seefeldt, VP of Sales at NitroFill.
